Bobo, the narrator,
carries out a reserch of the lost time near his father, who has just died.
It's an inner analysis made of flashes and images of memories belonging
to the protagonist's childhood, adolescence and adult age, with his problem,
joys and sufferings, which, in the end, let an alarming suspicion come out.
A deep anxiety for a terrible ghost which comes from a remote past but which
is always too near, too present... A past which seemed to be buried behind
an heavy and good locked mental door comes back with incredible arrogance
showing an upsetting reality, where the shade of the suspicion takes shape
and becomes certain. The torment due to the unspoken words between the protagonist
and his father. A terrible truth never cleared up. An inner story, an inner
psychological monologue. A suffered Novel, written with passion shakes the
reader's soul and mind with its mix of joyful moments, comic elements and
cheerful thoughtlessness with terror beats and anxiety.
